Corset Options

Below are some examples of what options we offer for our custom corsets. If you have something else in mind and do not see it on our website, feel free to contact us at sales@inhalecorsets.com, and we will be happy to discuss options with you.

Definitions of the options:

Add Grommets to Top of Front Closure - Shown above in the black and white clock corset. Grommets are added from the top front down a few inches and then laced up. This is purely for aesthetic reasons.

Binding - The fabric that goes along the top and bottom of the corset.

Busk - The metal hooks that go down the center front of a corset. They are attached to two long pieces of steel. They help to provide a bit of tummy control, as well as make it much easier to take the corset off.

External boning casings – Shown above in the picture with the maroon corset, this is the black stripes you see going down the corset. They are strips of fabric in an accent color that go down each seam.

Modesty Panel (not shown) – This is a piece of remove removable able fabric that has boning to keep it rigid that is placed under the lacing in the back.  It hides your exposed skin and also reduces friction.

Pattern Matching - This is shown above in the black and white clock print overbust corset. This is the process of lining up the printed pattern on the fabric on each different piece of the corset to match when the corset is laid out and finished. This is a lengthy process and takes quite a bit of fabric to complete.
